By so doing, I can love me and be friendly with me in all my parts.
I can make it possible for all of me to work in my best interests.
I know there are aspects about myself that puzzle me,
and other aspects that I do know.
But as long as I am friendly and loving to myself,
I can courageously
and hopefully look for the solutions
to the puzzles and for ways to find out more about me.
Nowever I look and sound, whatever I say and do,
and whatever I think
and feel at a given moment in time is me.
This is authentic and represents where I am at that moment in time.
When I review later how I looked and sounded, what I said and did, and
How I thought and felt, some parts may turn out to be unfitting
and invent something new for that which I discarded.
I can see, hear, feel, think, say and do.
I have the tools to survive, to be close to others, to be productive, and to
make sense and order out of the world of people and the things outside of me.
I own me, and therefore I can engineer me.
I am me and I am okay

SANGUINE

Cholerics are offten accused of being stubborn, domineering, and dictatorial. You demand loyalty from your friends, and thrive whe you are in control. The sanguine-choleric is the most extraverted of all the temperament combination. This temperament tens to be a happy combination of charm and decisiveness, creativity and analytical skill, friendliness and focus.

You are insightful, enthusiastic, and affectionete; your sanguine capacity for dealing with people, combined with the leadership skills of the choleric, makeyou an excelence manager of people. The bad news is that , if intellectual, human or spiritual formation is seriously lacking, this temperament blen can exhibit the worst of the two temperaments: overly talkative, brassy, opinionted, loud, rash, swift to jump to conclusions, and forgetful. If intelectual depth is lacking, this temperament mixture can become superficial, bossy, and intolerant. The high-spirited humor of the sanguine can become biting and hurtful when combined with the unforgiving, vengeful nature of the poorly formed choleric. If pleasure-seeking and impulsivity are not contained, the sanguine-choleric may wind up with a lax conscience that justtifies his weakness, ultimately resulting in habitual sin. Easily captivated by exciting new projects or oppotunities, the sanguine-choleric should watch out for his tedency to come up with great ideas, put everyone to work, and then drop the ball when the project gets tiresome. On the other hand, the natural generosity flowing from the sanguine temperament will commit to any good works.

I was raised as a Roman Catholic. My family always called me dee and my friends always called me detha. I am from East Borneo, from a city called Bontang. I am the eldest of six siblings (I have 4 brothers and one sister). I work as a primary (Elementary school) teacher in the fertilizer company school near to where I live and I teach 9-10 year olds. I see my job as a lay vocation which is hard work but very rewarding & enriching. My bachelor degree is in Indonesian Letters (graduated from State University Of Malang Faculty Of Letters Department of Indonesia Literature). My temperament is blend (choleric 57% & sanguine 43% ) ... By the way I'll explain a little bit about my temperament in the next blog. I am modest & effacing, thoughtful & sometime serious, sensitive to life's subtleties, a good listener & empathetic, a feeling oriented person, cautious & analytical but likes to try new things, stoic & philosophical.
